Pretty self explanatory, just found this picture of an interesting tree then exaggerated some of the features to make it more sinister and alive.
Below you can see where i have added a hand and sort of made a mouth out from where the trunk hits the twisted branch
the creature needed eyes so in the gap on what i would call its head? are two cleverly placed twigs from witch grows the only leaf to be seen on this tree which enables our foe to see.
i still think this character needs some work and could be improved, mainly considering colour and tone.
